I read some good reviews about Old Town, so I called to ask if they could repair the windows at my rental property. Many companies only offer replacements, so I was very happy to learn that Mr. Riadh could repair them—and he responded quickly, too! All the windows were done within a week. I called for an estimate and they came to my house the same day. They went over different options (but didn't try to upsell me) and quoted me at $100-$300 less than the other estimates I had gotten. Within a week they came back and did the job. Best customer service and price. Highly recommend.
